The band managed to cover their drum stool and as announced back then, “the replacement has already recorded a large part of the band’s next release” …but he wasn’t announced properly.
He doesn’t need any recommendation as he is a familiar face to whoever follows this band till now.
Verdict Denied welcome once again Jim Rouvell as their drummer. Jim has been a member since September of 2001 up to June of 2016. He was a part of all our official releases. On July of 2019 he returned and recorded the drums for the band’s next full length.
By the way, today it’s his birthday.

Verdict Denied are ending their collaboration with their drummer Dimitris Xekalakis. Unfortunately professional and family commitments didn’t allow Jim to continue with the band. We wish him success and good luck to everything he pursues. He is an amazing drummer and human being whose heavy schedule didn’t allow him to stay in the band’s line up.
His replacement has already recorded a large part of the band’s next release and soon an announcement will follow.

Verdict Denied and Costas Exarhakos announce their mutual decision to end their collaboration. The band welcomes their new drummer Dimitris Xekalakis.
Dimitris started his musical journey in Greek territory by joining a significant number of heavy bands the most distinguished of all, being Reverse Split. He carried on his career in England as full time member of bands such as Hybris, Scar Divine, Manfected and the Bleeding and joined for a while Centrurion’s Ghost, Stuka, Squaldron and Hannibal.
Then his path led him back to Greece where he offered his services to the group of Ruckus Habit.
The band is already deep in the procedure of rehearsing the songs of their next album (already composed and arranged) with the intention to head soon to the studio for the recordings.

Verdict Denied are very sad to announce the end of their co-operation with the band’s drummer the last 15 years, Jim Rouvell.
We wish Jim the best of luck in whatever he may pursue and we thank him for his devotion and input for all these years.

The rehearsing process started and the machine started rolling once again. The band practices old and new material and throws back and forth ideas regarding the set list for the upcoming live shows in Salonica (october the 17th) and Larissa (october the 18th). In the meanwhile procedures are taking place for the release of our new E.P. "...State To End All Terror..." by Secret Port Records.

The mix and the mastering process came to an end. This fall expect a new mini album cd named "State To End All Terror". This is a release conceptually connected with our next album yet it does stand on its own.
